PC-6220P is a polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder manufactured by optimizing molecular group configuration and synthesis process.
It is suitable for various kinds of mortars especially gypsum-based mortars such as gypsum self-levelling, joint gypsum, molding gypsum, etc.

◉ PC-6220P exhibits excellent initial plasticizing speed & effect, easy defoaming and outstanding flowability retention performance for gypsum self-levelling.

◉ PC-6220P has good adaptability to calcined gypsum (phosphogypsum, desulfurization gypsum, natural gypsum, etc.) and additives such as defoamer, retarder, etc.

◉ PC-6220P also has good adaptability to cement-based self-levelling and additives.

◉ Due to low air entrainment of PC-6220P, defoamer dosage in mortar systems can be reduced.

Moisture content: ≤5%

pH value, 20% solution at 20°C: 8-9

Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%

Concrete air content: 1.5-6%

Concrete water reducing rate: ≥25%

Usage and Dosage：

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly.

Recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3% of binder weight, and should be determined through preliminary testing based on formula and referred to construction specifications.
