PC-1021 is a polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder manufactured by optimizing molecular group configuration and synthesis process. It is suitable for cement-based and gypsum-based mortars with high fluidity and high strength requirements.

◉ PC-1021 imparts mortar rapid and superior plasticizing effect, easy defoaming and low loss of these properties over time.
◉ PC-1021 demonstrates excellent compatibility with various cement and gypsum binders, as well as other additives such as defoamer, retarder, expansion agent, accelerator, etc.

Moisture content: ≤5%
pH value, 20% solution at 20°C: 7-9
Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%
Concrete air content: 1.5-6%
Concrete water reducing rate: ≥25%
Usage and Dosage：
Add in proportion and mix thoroughly.
Recommended dosage is 0.06-0.6% of binder weight, and should be determined through preliminary testing based on formula and refer to construction specifications.
