PC-6220 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

◉ PC-6220 shows excellent initial plasticizing speed and effect, easy defoaming and good retention performance for mortars.

◉ PC-6220 demonstrates excellent compatibility with various cement and gypsum binders, as well as other additives such as defoamer, retarder, expansion agent, accelerator, etc.

◉ Due to low air entrainment of PC-6220P, defoamer dosage in mortar systems can be reduced or cancelled. This is particularly significant for applications with high dosage requirements of PC-6220.

pH value, 20% solution at 20°C: 7-9

Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%

Concrete air content: 1.5-6%

Concrete water reducing rate: ≥25%

Usage and Dosage：

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly.

Recommended dosage is 0.06-0.6% of binder weight, and should be determined through preliminary testing based on formula and refer to construction specifications.
