SG-12P Gypsum Retarder

◉ SG-12P can provide required setting time for gypsum mortar even at low dosage, with minimal influence on the dry strength of the gypsum.

◉ The setting time changed steadily and linearly with dosage increasing.

◉ Lime has no obvious influence on the setting time of gypsum with SG-12P.

◉ When matching with SUNBO® water reducer, defoamer and stabilizer, it can better adjust the recipe of gypsum mortar.

Appearance: White to light yellow powder

Moisture content: ≤3%

pH value, 20% solution at 20°C: 7-9

Usage and Dosage：

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly.

Recommended dosage is 0.05-0.5% of binder weight, and should be determined through preliminary testing based on formula and refer to construction specifications.
