PC-2030 is a kind of powder form polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer manufactured through optimizations of molecular configuration and synthesis process.
PC-2030 is suitable for ordinary cement riched mortar with requirements of high fluidity and high strength.
Appearance: Off-white to light brown powder
Bulk density: 400-700kg/m³
Moisture content: ≤3.5%
pH value, 20% solution at 20°C: 7-9
Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%
Concrete air content: 1.5-6%
Concrete water reducing rate: ≥25%
Usage and Dosage：
Add in proportion and mix thoroughly.
Recommended dosage is 0.015-0.45% of binder weight, and should be determined through preliminary testing based on formula and refer to construction specifications.
