PC-6220L Liquid Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

◉PC-6220L can impart mortar quick plasticizing speed, high liquifying effect, easiness of

defoaming as well as low loss of those properties by the time.

◉PC-6220L is of good compatibility with various kind of cement or gypsum binders, other

additives such as defoaming agent, retarder, expansive agent, accelerator etc.

◉Benefiting from PC-6020L’s special molecular structure, defoaming agent in mortar

system can be reduced or cancelled to get an optimized air bubble size and distribution

meanwhile to keep or improve fluidity. This is particularly significant for applications of

PC-6220L with high dosage demand.

Solid content: ≥50%

PH value, 20% solution at 20°C: 7-9

Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%

Concrete air content: 1.5-6%

Concrete water reducing rate: ≥25%

Usage and Dosage：

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly.

Recommended dosage is 0.03-0.3% of binder weight, and should be determined through preliminary testing based on formula and refer to construction specifications.
