PC-6030L Liquid Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

◉PC-6030L can impart mortar quick plasticizing speed, high plasticizing effect, easiness of

defoaming and, long time retaining of those properties.

◉PC-6030L is of excellent compatibility with other additives, such as de-foaming agent,

retarder, expansive agent, accelerator etc.

◉Benefiting from PC-6030L’s special molecular structure, both PC-6030L and retarder can be

properly reduced to keep a suitable working ability meanwhile to obtain good strength

development and ratio of performance to cost.

Solid content: ≥50%

PH value, 20% solution at 20°C: 7-9

Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%

Concrete air content: 1.5-6%

Concrete water reducing rate: ≥25%

Usage and Dosage：

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly.

Recommended dosage is 0.03-0.3% of binder weight, and should be determined through preliminary testing based on formula and refer to construction specifications.
